The first tenants have moved into WestLawn

The new WestLawn building — this city’s first Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) building — is the new home of Robinson Gray. The law firm is the first tenant of the retail + four-story office space in the heart of the BullStreet District.

The whole building is ~48,000 sqft, with ~34,000 of that space being office space. Robinson Gray has released several progress videos while it’s awaited its move and you can find more photos + updates about this project here.
