Development
  • We’ve had a few pickleball fans reach out and ask about the progress on 24-hour Pickleball coming to 4590 Augusta Rd. in Lexington. Good news — concrete has been poured + the bubble building is to be installed next week.
Arts
  • In case you missed it — there’s a new mural in town. Maybe you’ve seen it driving down State Street going toward Knox Abbot Drive. It is now complete and graces the third building of the Brookland development. Snap a photo and tag COLAtoday so we can see your work.
Weather
  • Keep in mind that many offices, events, and local businesses may be postponed, closed, or canceled due to inclement weather. Keep an eye on the forecast and we recommend staying clear or flash-flooding prone streets (like Whaley, parts of Blossom, and streets in the Five Points District.)
