When we visited the Columbia Museum of Art for Keith Haring: Radiant Vision, we were immersed in a world alive with color, movement, and meaning. The exhibition showcases Haring’s unmistakable style and enduring message of love and activism.

Highlights include:
  • Vibrant drawings, silkscreens, and posters spanning his prolific career
  • Iconic imagery like radiant babies, barking dogs, and dancing figures
  • Powerful themes exploring equality, community, and hope
  • Rare pieces that capture his influence on pop culture and social change
We left inspired by how Haring turned public art into a universal language of joy and resistance. Keith Haring: Radiant Vision is on view through Feb. 15, 2026, at the Columbia Museum of Art.

Event Spotlight

Korean Festival.jpg

Hosted by the Columbia Korean United Presbyterian Church, the festival features live performances and food. | Photo by SC Korean Festival

If your K-Pop knowledge starts and ends with “I’ve heard of BTS,” here’s your chance to see what the hype is about. The Korean Festival returns from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1 to the 1400 block of Richland Street, featuring a live K-Pop showdown throughout the day.

Since 2005, it has grown into a full-day cultural celebration featuring Samulnori, traditional fan dances, taekwondo, and a Korean wedding ceremony on stage. The food alone is worth the trip, with a menu is filled with Korean corn dogs, fish-shaped buns, bibimbop, kimchi jeon, and So Tteok So Tteok (sausage + rice cake skewers).

Proceeds benefit local charities and community programs.
