The option to extend the transportation penny tax will be on the ballot for Richland County voters this November. Voters will also decide whether or not to approve $950 million in bonds to start on projects, instead of waiting for accumulated tax revenue. (The State)

Columbia is looking to relaunch the Blue Bikes Program with a new vendor after the company paused operations in Cola about a year ago. Once a new vendor is found, the program will be relaunched + expanded, but no timeline has been set. (The Post and Courier)
