Cohn Corporation + Wilson Kibler are partnering to redevelop the Intertape Polymer Group industrial site located at 2000 South Beltline Blvd.
The industrial site sits on the corner of Shop Road and Beltline Boulevard and plans are to transform the 80-acres (along with 8 buildings) into a new business park.
The renovation project will be broken into phases with the first expected to be completed in Q2 of 2023.
Phase one includes:
- A 15,000-sqft, two-story office building
- A 37,500-sqft warehouse with a loading dock
- A 10,000-sqft warehouse and office with additional parking
- 3,750-sqft of storage
- A new perimeter road
- Over 10-acres of laydown yard
