You’ve probably seen their names on signs around town, so today, we’re putting a face to the names of two of Trinity Partnerscommercial real estate brokers.

Meet Jake Nidiffer

Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Newberry College + received several athletic awards as a pitcher during his time on the baseball team. | Photo provided by Trinity Partners

Jake Nidiffer primarily focuses on Trinity Partners’ flex + industrial products, but also works to identify/represent commercial real estate investment opportunities and acquisitions involving undeveloped commercial + recreational land tracts across SC.

He’s involved in a number of local leadership + non-profit organizations, including Columbia Museum of Art, Junior Achievement of Great SC, and Ducks Unlimited.

Earlier this month, Jake and Nick Stomski, SIOR completed the sale/leaseback of a $3,500,000, 60,000-sqft distribution facility in the State Farmers Market at 307 + 319 Little Chris Ln. in West Columbia.

Meet William Mills

William graduated from Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2011. | Photo provided by Trinity Partners

William Mills has expertise in representing investors + owners of commercial real estate assets all around COLA, and specializes in the leasing and sales of single and multi-tenant retail and office properties .

An Eagle Scout and outdoorsman, William enjoys hiking, camping, and grilling-out with his wife Caroline + their two dogs. 🐶

William recently represented Time to Shine Car Wash, Inc. in their $1,600,000 purchase of 1.884 acres at 2006 Gervais St. The premium Five Points location, situated across from The Station at Five Points , will serve as the newest Columbia location for the eco-friendly car wash chain.
