Your guide to Cyber Monday
IMO, Cyber Monday > Black Friday. What’s better than finding the best deals from the comfort of your couch (or at your desk… shhh 😶)? Apparently, a lot of Americans agree. Last year U.S shoppers spent a record breaking $3.45 billion online shopping, a 12.1% increase from 2015. 💵
While Black Friday + Cyber Monday have practically merged into one multi-day shopping spree, there are still some great online-exclusive deals. Instead of leaving you to frantically Google the best deals today, we’ve compiled a guide of guides to navigating Cyber Monday, depending on your wants/needs/gift list. ⬇️
- Travel | Travel deals are gonna be huge this Cyber Monday – here’s your guide from Forbes on figuring out how to snag the best ones.
- Tech | For your brother in law who needs every new gadget on the market. 📱
- Amazon | You can already find almost anything on Amazon. Today you can find it on sale.
- Kitchen tools | For the aspiring Julia Child/Anthony Bourdain, this list has all the gadgets + gizmos a home chef could need. 👩🍳
- Beauty products | Need a gift for a picky S.O./sister/bff? Can’t go wrong with these deals on hair care. Even my favorite made the list.
- TVs + electronics | You can score a deal on big-ticket home electronics today. Watch your Christmas movies in HD this year.
- Jewelery | While today might not be the best day to buy from traditional jewelers (read: diamonds), watches + fashion jewelry are a go. ⌚️
- Shoes | You can never have too many shoes. See what brands are running the best promotions.
- 5 things NOT to buy | Not everything hits its rock-bottom price on Cyber Monday… avoid buying these items today. 🚗
I always have a strategy for Cyber Monday – and it typically involves some Christmas shopping. I prefer shopping in a brick-and-mortar store, but some gifts are easier to buy online (especially when you need to do some brainstorming). If anyone knows what to give a 60-year-old man (a.k.a. my dad), I’m open to suggestions.
May the sales be ever in your favor,
