NOMA Station

Last week, it was announced that the historic Cottontown neighborhood was getting a new mixed-use development, NOMA Station, at the intersection of N. Main St. and Confederate Ave. – consisting of 2,500+ sq. ft. of space (i.e. two storefronts for lease) along with on-site parking + outdoor amenity space. Construction is said to begin this spring, with a completion date anticipated for late summer or early fall 2019.
