As we approach the end of the first month of 2021 (don’t ask us how we’re already here), those New Year’s resolutions we made 21 days ago might be feeling a little more difficult to maintain these days.

If you’re anything like the COLAtoday team, one of your New Year’s resolutions probably had something to do with bettering your health and/or fitness. And while these resolutions are always made with good intentions, it can be pretty easy to get stuck in a rut or lose motivation to maintain your routine, no matter your personal fitness level.
