Recess is back — and better than ever.

Enter: The Recess League, a six-week adult sports league hosted by the Northwest Family YMCA. Games include kickball, wiffleball, pickleball, volleyball, spikeball, and dodgeball, played every Wednesday night from July 16 to Aug. 20.

Open to ages 18+ of all skill levels, this is a fun way to get moving, meet new people, and relive your favorite childhood games.

Ready to play? Final team rosters will be released on Monday, July 14.
