In the aftermath of Columbia’s historic, devastating flooding from Hurricane Joaquin in October 2015, Columbia + the greater Midlands area received immense support from around the country – providing the emergency One SC fund with $3.2 million to help our state rebuild. Now, it’s our turn to give back.

COLAtoday is joining in on Columbia Relief – a new, collaborative initiative with fellow partners like City of Columbia, UofSC, Soda City, EngenuitySC + more, collecting donations to assist those affected by Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Columbia Relief is in direct communication with Houston City Council, and all donations + funds will go directly to those in need. (Want to join us? Email Taylor Wright at taylor@columbiarelief.org.)
