Leadership Columbia started in 1972 and is a part of the Columbia Chamber’s leadership development initiative to connect, engage, impact + transform Cola. It provides diverse opportunities for professional development, community involvement, and networking.

The goal of the program is to provide citizens opportunities to fine-tune leadership skills through experiential learning of the greater Columbia region, converse with community decision-makers, understand critical issues facing the community + get involved to make a positive difference.

A bonus? You have a say in what happens in your city + build a lasting network of civic-minded leaders.
