It’s true what they say: tattoos are indeed addicting. I got my first one when I turned 18 – with mom’s apprehensively signed permission ✍ (since you had to be 21 back then). In 2009, S.C. passed a bill dropping the legal age to 18 (a.k.a. no need for parental approval). And I kinda went crazy… and got 8 more. YOLO.
