Summer is almost over and we’re gearing up for fall. That means working out for that bathing suit bod is becoming harder with PSLs taking over Instagram and layered looks taking over our closets.

Enter: motivation. Think [and work] outside of the Crossfit box. Let’s be honest, for most people it’s an easy decision to make when choosing between the gym and happy hour, especially when we take the same fitness classes on repeat.
