#Voices: Let your fit flag fly.

Summer is almost over and we’re gearing up for fall. That means working out for that bathing suit bod is becoming harder with PSLs taking over Instagram and layered looks taking over our closets.

Enter: motivation. Think [and work] outside of the Crossfit box. Let’s be honest, for most people it’s an easy decision to make when choosing between the gym and happy hour, especially when we take the same fitness classes on repeat. To help y’all out, I’ve put together a list of eight unique, funky fitness trends you can try out right here in Soda City. 💪

See a seasonal alternative or a #fitfam you could stick with? You decide. In the meantime, you can find me falling in mutual weirdness with the Soda Citizens at Fit Columbia.

Trust, you’ll want to give the treadmill and elliptical a rest for these bizarre sweat sessions… and you won’t regret it like the fifth drink you had.

Stay strong, stay fit + stay fabulous,

Heather Cooper
