DYK Midlands Technical College can assess what you (really) want to do, help you figure out financials and get you enrolled in school – all in one day? Their Quick-Start program, happening Saturday, July 8 (9-11 a.m.) at their Beltline Campus, is all about that.

What can MTC can help you do, all in one Saturday?

👉 Apply to MTC for free (waiving the $35 application fee)

👉 Meet with an advisor about financial aid (LIFE scholarships, Lottery Tuition Assistance + veterans’ educational benefits) to see which – or for how much – you qualify and to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form

👉 Meet with an admissions counselor about what programs you’re interested in, like:

  • Associate in Arts (business, humanities, education + social sciences) and Associate in Science (Maths, science, engineering, nursing + computer science) for those who want to later transfer to a four-year university or college
  • Business career programs like two-year degrees in accounting, entrepreneurship, management + marketing and Corporate and Continuing Education to bolster your career
  • IT programs like web design + maintenance (less than $5K for the total program), and Ă  la carte classes for becoming a front-end web developer (learning HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript + Adobe PhotoShop via classes that range from 3-30 hours). Judging by all our nerdy-cool-successful SOCO neighbors, this is 👏 the 👏 field 👏 to be in.

Register for the MTC Quick-Start event by Sunday, July 2.
