Morning, Cola. We hope you have your coffee ready, because we’re about to ask you to put your thinking caps on.

Picture this: A corner building smack dab between the Main Street District + The Vista. This prime location will be empty and up for lease with local commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners come Fall 2020.

Before we ask you to #BeTheBroker, you’ll need more details.

Here’s what we know about 1241 Assembly St.:

  • It’s currently home to local tech company TPM, planned to move out of the building and into their new location on N. Main St. this Fall.
  • It sits on the corner of Assembly + Lady St. (a couple doors down from Cola’s).
  • The 10,500-sqft. building offers an open, flexible layout.
  • It comes with 30 surface parking spaces, plus metered + paid parking options nearby.

Here’s the backstory + more context on the space:

“1241 Assembly Street is unlike any other building on the market. It provides a flexible/open floor plan, above market parking, exposure on Assembly and Lady Streets, and walkability to the Vista and CBD (Central Business District). There’s no other currently available or remotely acquirable building in our market that can replicate these attributes. Further, the property is attractive for a variety of uses and could also be subdivided or redeveloped.”

Here’s where you come in, Cola. What do you think would be the perfect fit for this space? A downtown gym? Health food store? Brewery? What new or existing business could make this building home; further connecting Main St. + the Vista?

Comment on Trinity Partners’ Instagram post and let us know. (Bonus points for tagging the business you’d like to see move in.)
