Morning, Cola. We hope you have your coffee ready, because we’re about to ask you to put your thinking caps on again and #BeTheBroker. The location: 1310 Lady St., one block away from Main St. and situated on the corner of Lady St. + Sumter St.

While the upper floors are becoming The Lady – a new downtown apartment community with 109 one- to three-bedroom apartments available beginning January 2021 – the ground floor contains 3 retail spaces which are available for lease via Trinity Partners.

Before we ask you to #BeTheBroker, you’ll need more details. Here’s what we know about the 3 retail spaces at 1310 Lady St.:

  • Space 1: 1,612 sqft., faces Lady St., ideal for a high-end salon/spa
  • Space 2: 2,200 sqft., available for lease, faces the corner, boasts historic interior + exterior design and high ceilings, ideal for a high-end marketplace or restaurant
  • Space 3: 500 sqft., available for lease, faces Sumter St., ideal for a seasonal or annual popup store
  • All 3 share a prime downtown location surrounded by hotels, apartments, restaurants + retailers

Here’s the backstory + more context on the space:

Phase I of the 1310 Lady redevelopment is approaching completion with the apartments about ready to begin leasing. The majority of interest we’re seeing so far (for the available ground floor spaces) are restaurant or specialty retailers seeking a downtown location with a unique design concept connected to a solid consumer base. The complex vision checks all these boxes – it’s a sophisticated architectural blend of the modern + historic, with luxury apartments atop and the energy of Main Street, USC and The Vista mere steps away. Finding the right fit for the ground floor spaces will be pivotal to bringing the building back to life.
