The BullStreet District announced a new upscale apartment complex named Bennet at BullStreet is coming soon to Columbia. The community will include 280,000 sqft of amenities, retail space, and 269 units that will house 500+ Soda Citizens.

Residents at Bennet at BullStreet can select to live in the studio, 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units that offer luxurious spaces ranging from 550-1,600 sqft. The complex will be located between Boyce and Pickens streets, or in between Segra Park and the new state-of-the-art office building currently under construction. Besides living in 1 of the largest mixed-use urban communities in the Midlands, this new community will feature some very modern amenities. If your address is Bennet at BullStreet you can plan to enjoy:

  • Pet spa
  • Clubhouse + resident lounge
  • Fitness center with yoga + spin class rooms
  • Co-working spaces

Enjoy time outdoors at the half-acre pool courtyard area. This space will include a saltwater pool, heated spa, sun decks, private cabanas, grilling areas, gaming spaces, and a covered entertainment pavilion. Additionally, the community will have 2 courtyards + 2 dog parks, making it a pawfect choice for pet parents.

The ground floor of the new community will provide 45,000 sqft. Designed for retail space. Hughes Development Corporation planned for this to create more walkable destinations for residents to add to Segra Park, REI, Starbucks, and more already available in the district.

This new development will also include a 350-space parking garage. This garage is in addition to the 2 parking garages already under construction. Bennet at BullStreet is expected to be completed by 2023.
