The BullStreet District announced a new upscale apartment complex named Bennet at BullStreet is coming soon to Columbia. The community will include 280,000 sqft of amenities, retail space, and 269 units that will house 500+ Soda Citizens.
Residents at Bennet at BullStreet can select to live in the studio, 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units that offer luxurious spaces ranging from 550-1,600 sqft. The complex will be located between Boyce and Pickens streets, or in between Segra Park and the new state-of-the-art office building currently under construction. This new development will also include a 350-space parking garage. This garage is in addition to the 2 parking garages already under construction. Bennet at BullStreet is expected to be completed by 2023.
