ICYMI, The Roost in Five Points (formerly Pour House, if you’re UofSC ‘12 grads like our team) closed last year. Located at the corner of Harden and Greene St. (in the heart of Five Points), the 2,483-sqft. building is currently for lease ($5,500/month NNN). It’s newly renovated with a capacity of 301 people.

Before you write it off as a development opportunity for just another college bar, the space is on the same block as Pure Barre Columbia and Nicky’s Pizzeria. Trinity Partners, the commercial real estate firm listing 800 Harden, says it’s perfect for a restaurant.

While we love the idea of a (21+) speakeasy with fancy cocktails taking over the building, we want to know what you’d like to fill this space.

What business would you like to see at 800 Harden St.? Let us know on Instagram – bonus points for tagging the business if it already exists. (That’s how y’all got Home Team’s attention, after all.)

Drop your ideas here. If you’re a developer or entrepreneur interested in the project, click here or below for the listing details. See all of Trinity Partner’s commercial listings in Columbia here.
