The boutique apartments will have a ribbon-cutting with Mayor Benjamin today at noon; while last night, Historic Columbia offered a behind-the-scenes tour. We were lucky enough to get in yesterday while the sun was out + shining through the sky light – right down into the beautiful community space.

  • Community lounge and co-working space.
  • Interactive exercise equipment.

What I love the most about these apartments is that each unit has its own unique vibe. From the exposed brick to the different styles of granite, quartz and other finishes, the updates didn’t take away from the original charm of the 1928 bakery.
