If you’re new to Cola (or just haven’t been downtown in a while), you might’ve seen the green Main Course signs on the former Michael’s space on the 1600 block of Main St. and thought, “Is that a restaurant? A venue? Somewhere I can practice my swing?” The answer is yes.

Main Course holistically describes itself as an “eatertainment” destination, offering:

  • Catering, cocktails + cuisine in the space formerly known as Michael’s Cafe & Catering
  • Live music, comedy + more on the Main Stage, formerly known as the Venue on Main
  • State-of-the-art gaming in the Sports Zone, formerly TopGolf SwingSuite
  • The Player’s Club (coming this spring) + more.

Here are a few upcoming Main Course events to put on your calendar:

  • Ladies’ Night Out: Parks and Rec Trivia | Tonight (Tues., Feb. 11) | 7 p.m. | Free to attend | Celebrate Galentine’s Day with your best Annes and Leslies, ft. a specialty Parks and Rec menu + cocktails. 🍹
  • Columbia City Ballet Main Stage Series | Fri., Feb. 21 | 7 p.m. | $25 (with $10 food/drink minimum) | Enjoy dinner plus an intimate performance from the professional company members of Columbia City Ballet. 💃
  • Karaoke Night | Wed., Feb. 26 | 7:30 p.m. | Free to attend | Fuel up with $20 dinner specials from 5:30-7:30, then bring the house down with your best rendition of “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” 🎤

#ProTip: Main Course is part of a rewards program that includes The Grand, Good Life Cafe + other Main St. hot spots. Click here to learn more.
