Last Thursday brought the first kick-off of the 2019 NFL season. And after sitting on the couch with my husband for 12+ hours between last Thursday and Sunday, it’s safe to say, yes, even I want to know where the best places to watch football games are – because the couch gets old and the fridge gets empty.

We asked for yall’s help with compiling a list of the best sports bars to catch an NFL game in Columbia; places with tons of TVs, good food + drink specials, family-friendly – the whole package. Here’s what you told us. 👇

Old Chicago

They have NFL ticket, SEC package, and ACC network for all the Clemson fans who are having a tough time finding the games this year because of new ACC network programming. 36 local and international beers on tap. Drink twelve beers for Oktoberfest and get a sweet hoodie!” -@joshuahuffstetler

World of Beer

902 Gervais St.

“@wobcolumbia for sure! So many tv’s with the NFL package AND food and drink specials for all NFL and gamecock games! 🏈🏈🏈” -@caitdauscher
