Namaste, Cola. It’s National Yoga Day – so let’s hear it for all the yogis (+ wannabe yogis) out there. Has your go-to downward dog become a little too mundane? Or have you always wanted to give yoga a try? While Columbia is full of great yoga studios, we meditated on it and came up with five of the most unique classes that’ll make even the most devout yogi want to try something new. From yoga with a beer in your hand to balancing on silks hanging from the ceiling, we’ve bent over backward to find a new class to spark your interest. (Sorry for the last pun, it was a bit of a stretch. 😉)
