Morning, COLA. Y’all know we love a BTS tour, but they’ve been harder to do the last few months (due to, you know, COVID). Luckily, we were able to get Devine District’s social media manager Sarah to take us on a *virtual* tour of the gorgeous, luxe apartment community on Devine St.

The mixed-use development consists of

  • 144 upscale apartment homes for lease
  • 5,000 sqft. of retail space + 30,000 sqft. office space
  • The House, a communal space for residents with gourmet kitchen, open air terrace with a gas grill + more, coming soon to Devine District.

Here’s an inside look at our virtual tour of Devine District + how you can #TryThis.

What we tried:

Sarah took us through a typical morning for a Trolley resident, including:

  • A cup of coffee from the café style coffee bar(read: our love language)
  • Getting some #WFH accomplished in the The House 💻
  • Hanging out on the patio (complete with mood lighting + stainless steel gas grill) ✨
  • A stroll down pedestrian-friendly Devine St., full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness studios + more🚶

Don’t miss:

  • Checking out The House, which offers indoor + outdoor entertaining and social spaces to Devine District residents.
  • Its back patio features an outdoor fireplace, hanging lanterns + a gas grill for residents to use.
