A lot is in store (pun intended) for Cola’s downtown district. By 2018, eight new businesses will be open on the 1600 block of Main St. A mix of shopping, restaurants, + entertainment will integrate the 1600 stretch into the vibrant downtown scene – and hopefully keep the momentum moving toward 1700 block + N. Main St.

Here’s what already opened + what’s coming soon:

Open:

The Pastor’s Study | 1635 Main St. | event space above Lula Drake wine parlor

Shoppes on Main | 1626 Main St. | urban style market housing a variety of brands

Ally & Eloise Bakeshop | 1626 Main St. | gourmet + homemade baked goods

Coming Soon:

Cyberwoven, opening in January | 1634 Main St. | web design + development

The Grand, tentative grand opening in early December | 1621 Main St. | boutique bowling alley

Sugar Belle’s, under construction | 1623 Main St. | women’s clothing boutique

Rise Gourmet Goods and Bakeshop | 1649 Main St. | grab-and-go pastries, breakfast + lunch

Birds & Bubbles | 1649 Main St. | menu centered around champagne + fried chicken
