16 spots to get Brussels sprouts in Columbia

Throwback to the days when you were younger + you’d rather eat dirt than put a green food in your mouth. Oh, how the times have changed. Because as you’ve gotten older, your taste buds have definitely gotten wiser.

Today, it’s not uncommon to walk into a local restaurant and see Brussels sprouts on the menu, listed as appetizers, used in salads or sitting next to your entree. This food you hated when you were five has grown up, too.

I (gladly) set out on a “Brussel Hustle” around town to find the best of the best for you guys – with a little help from our friends in the Columbia Veg Community Facebook group.
