I think the ultimate form of irony was assigning a breakdown of health + fitness gurus to, well, me. I’m not exactly the picture of health, but that’s what these people + businesses are here for – to get you started.

So make a recipe from one of the foodies, or grab a juice from Southern Squeezed, or go for a spin at Jamie Scott Fitness — or just live vicariously through Instagram. Baby steps.
