I don’t know about y’all but I am hungry for a meal that doesn’t come out of my own kitchen. I am craving a tasty treat that will save me from another round of dishes. I just want a serving of a savory snack to take me away ~mentally, at least~ from the same old, same old.

Restaurants have been getting creative for ways to serve guests safely since reopening. Some have even created new patio seating options to not only serve Soda Citizens but help keep customers and their staff safe + healthy.

If venturing out of the house for a bite to eat this weekend is on your #MustDo list, we have put together a quick list of 20 restaurants with outdoor seating. Remember to wear a mask to locations in Columbia city limits, socially distance while waiting for a table and wash your hands regularly.

Blue Marlin | 1200 Lincoln St. | Large patio dining with live music on Wednesdays + Saturdays.

Bodhi Thai | 126 E. Main St., Lexington | Signage will be posted to guide all visitors.

Cafe Strudel | 300 State St., West Columbia + 309 S. Lake Dr., Lexington | Sit outside and sip on a mimosa while enjoying brunch on either patio.

Cantina 76 | 1301 Main St. + 2901-A Devine St. | Patio seating is open at a limited capacity.

Grill Marks | 711 Gervais St. | #Protip – Sit by the fans and grab an adult milkshake to help stay cool.

Jake’s on Devine | 2112 Devine St. | Bring your four-legged friend and head out to the deck for a socially-distance yappy hour on Tuesday + Thursday nights.

Market on Main | 1320 Main St. #150 | Large patio with tables spaced 8 feet apart + a giant screen to keep you entertained.

Pawleys Front Porch | 827 Harden St. | Covered patio with an abbreviated menu and plastic cups to ensure safety.

Publico | 2013 Greene St. | The restaurant recently scored a 100 on their DHEC inspection + adhering to the Palmetto Priority Program. Tables will be 6 feet apart.

Saluda’s | 751 Saluda Ave. | As featured in the Wall Street Journal, Saluda’s is offering limited patio seating.

Tacos Nayarit | 1531 Percival Road | Outdoor seating with spec-taco-lar decorations and lights on the new patio area.

Tazza Kitchen | 4840 Forest Dr. Ste. 20 | Limited patio dining. Reservations are only at 90 minute intervals.

Terra | 100 State St., West Columbia | Extra safety precautions are in place and reservations are encouraged for courtyard dining.

The Grand | 1621 Main St. | Patio dining with weekend brunch, trivia + live music.
