Now that many of us are getting back into the gym some of us with bodies that are a full year older than the last time we picked up a kettlebell — we thought it might be a good time to consult the experts.

Enter: Dr. Bryan Christensen of Providence Health. He is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon, and he’s here to answer all your questions about physical activity, sports medicine, injuries + more.

Dr. Christensen practices at Providence Orthopedics, specializing in surgical + non-surgical treatment for ailments like fractures, carpal tunnel, and knee and shoulder issues.
