The northeast is growing with the addition of 7 new buildings in an over 100-acre industrial park that could be completed as early as spring 2022. The Lightwood Industrial Park will provide new industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution space to this growing side of the city. Plus, new business means the opportunity for new jobs.

The property features a Class A industrial park, which is located in Richland County, between I-20 + Farrow Road think the area near Blue Cross Blue Shield. Class A means it will be built to provide the newest and highest quality infrastructure.

Let’s hammer out the details.

🔨 113 total acres

🔨 650,000 sqft of development space

🔨 $6 million. The cost of phase 1 of the project.

🔨 48,000-260,000 sqft in potential building sizes

🔨 $5 million. The starting price for the remaining 5 buildings.

Phase 1 of the project will complete 2 buildings, 1 will be 45,000 sqft + the other will be 60,000 sqft of space. The first buildings should be available by next spring or early summer. This development fits the need for space less than 100,000 sqft.

With the continued growth of the northeast, we can only hope the new development will bring more restaurants + shops to explore in the area.
