The Fireflies are getting some new (old) neighbors

BullStreet Senior Living

Merrill Gardens, an independent- and assisted-living apartment complex for seniors, is coming to the BullStreet Neighborhood. The project will welcome residents (55+) into the 196 units when the first phase is completed in 2019. Amenities will include a rooftop deck + sports bar, 24-hour dining + staffing and scheduled transportation. Goals. 👵🏽 🍹

Construction on the first phase is supposed to begin later this year, near the third baseline of Spirit Communications Park at the corner of Freed + Gregg St., on 2.66 acres of land.

Why a senior housing complex? Seniors are the #1 buyers of minor league baseball tickets.

This addition makes a total of two residential projects that will soon call BullStreet home (first announced were the 28 luxury townhomes in April).
