The infamous flu season is upon us, and it’s not playing nice. According to Lexington Medical Center’s Emergency department, there have been 1,079 cases within the first 17 days of January, making this years strain, H3N2, one of the most severe strains of the flu to date.

Health experts claim it’s not too late to get the flu shot if you haven’t already. And in order to help prevent the spread, they recommend washing your hands (or obsessively using hand sanitizer like us); not touching your face, nose, mouth or eyes; wipe down surfaces like countertops + door knobs; and stay home if you’re sick. #partner
