Gamecock Football injuries are piling up – but it could be worse, according to Head Coach Will Muschamp, who said he saw far more injuries in his third year at Florida and wants no sympathy. Here’s who’s hurt + when they’ll be back:

Deebo Samuel, receiver | broken leg | out at least 5 weeks (likely to be the entire season)

Bryson Allen-Williams, linebacker | shoulder injury | out for the rest of the season, but will stay for a redshirt senior season

Zach Bailey, right tackle | high ankle sprain | out at least 2 more games – earliest Muschamp expects him to return is Oct. 14 against Tennessee

Cory Helms, starting right guard | ankle injury | questionable for Saturday’s game against Texas A&M (Muschamp will make a decision on Wednesday)

Steven Montac, safety | recovering from a foot injury | expected to return this Saturday against Texas A&M

Dante Sawyer, defensive end | hamstring injury | will return Saturday against Texas A&M

Tayvn Jackson, freshman cornerback | hamstring injury | hasn’t returned to practice + likely may not return for some time – might be forced to redshirt the rest of the season

The 3-1 Gamecocks take on the 3-1 Aggies Saturday at 7:30 p.m in College Station, Texas.
