Green’s new Garners Ferry Rd. location is now open

ICYMI, Green’s recently opened its third location at 6800 Garners Ferry Rd. 🍾 Located in the Landmark Square Shopping Center, this is the first new Green’s store to be opened since 2003.

Here’s everything you need to know about the wine, beer + liquor store’s new 29209 location:

  • 18,500 sqft. of space (read: nearly double the size of the Assembly St. store)
  • tall ceilings, bright lighting + projectors that display 10-foot wide videos of cocktails, new products and more
  • wide aisles + easy-access low shelving
  • same low prices as Green’s other locations

The new store joins Green’s 400 Assembly St. + 4012 Fernandina Rd. locations in Columbia (plus locations in Greenville, Myrtle Beach + Atlanta). DYK? The Atlanta store dates back to 1937, when it was opened by founder Leonard Greenbaum.

The first Columbia location (Assembly St.) opened in Nov. 1983, and our city became home to Green’s headquarters. Despite having 7 locations, Green’s remains a small, family-owned + operated business, with employees who have been with the company for 40 years. 👏

The new Garners Ferry location is open from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (liquor + wine) and 9 a.m.-9 p.m. (beer) Monday-Saturday.
