Oh, baby, we’ve got a fun guessing game for you. 🍼

Lexington Medical Center’s new maternity unit + nursery opens April 9. It’s part of the hospital’s $400 million investment in a new 10-story, 545,000-sq ft. state-of-the-art patient care tower. The new tower will also house patient rooms, operating rooms, enhanced dining options + dining space and educational space for staff + community members. The expansion of the Mother/Baby department will help the hospital continue to deliver 3,300+ babies per year (more than any other hospital in the Midlands).

Speaking of all those babies, Lexington Medical Center put a call out for baby photos of those born in the hospital over the decades (since its opening in 1971, to be exact). They’ve since compiled all those baby photo submissions to create a photo mosaic to feature in the new tower – and they’re inviting the public to see it beginning Tuesday, March 26, on display in the lobby of the Main Entrance of the hospital.

We got a sneak peek of the mosaic, and we want you to check it out (below) – then guess how many baby photos are included in it. Sort of like that “guess the jellybeans” game, but cuter. 👶
