The drive to Lexington can feel like a hike – especially during rush hour at #MalfunctionJunction. But if you’re looking to mix up your Saturday night out on the town in the next town over, here are a few reasons to make the drive:

🏢 Main Street | The heart of Lexington is littered with cool shops + good eats. A second location of Irmo Italian hotspot Alodia’s Cucina Italiana is moving in by early 2018, and Bhodi Thai Dining just opened (dying to try). Aside from dining, you can browse two art galleriesLexington Artists Collective + M. Gallery – or make your own art at Pitter Platter.

🍺 Brewpubs + Breweries | Lexington’s brew scene is growing to rival Columbia’s. Krafty Draft Brew Pub features quality + quantity with 105 beers on tap. This summer, The Casual Pint opened their second location in Lexington, complete with an outdoor patio, after success in the Vista – and parking is much easier there than at our location.

🧀 Grocery | Lowes Foods has two locations in Lexington, both offering monthly events + cooking classes (we love the Tuesday Trivia at the Beer Den 🙌). Lexington was also chosen for the region’s first Lidl, a European chain known for low prices + high quality.
