Concertgoers at the Sept. 30 Fall Ball Tour (the one where Lil Wayne was a no-show to the stage) are not receiving refunds (for now) while Lil Wayne’s promoters are suing Colonial Life Arena. A judge halted refunds because of the suit, but CLA says they will continue to push for refunds.

Lil Wayne decided to skip the concert after refusing to walk through a back entrance metal detector, but 2 Chainz, Tory Lanez and Cardi B went through the security check + performed as scheduled. Because Lil Wayne was never called the show’s “headliner” in concert marketing materials and there was no prior agreement in place, promoters say there are no legal grounds for refunds.

Our favorite quote from promoters Victory Promotions, Ben Hated, LLC?He weighs 108 pounds, who’s he gonna harm,” and also, “I think security measures should be the same for everybody. Anybody can act a fool.”
