Good morning, Columbia. After a weekend of Easter festivities (and lots of food), there’s still plenty of fun to be had in Soda City this week – and what could be more fun than Brunch on Main Street, or the highly anticipated Food + Wine Festival? Or, if you’ve been over-indulging all weekend + need a little break from the food scene, no worries, you can dance the night away with Rhythm 54 at Rhythm on the River Friday night.

Rhythm 54 at Rhythm on the River | Fri., April 26 | 6-9 p.m. | West Columbia Riverwalk, 121 Alexander Rd. | Free | Rhythm 54 is a highly versatile band playing across a variety of musical genres to include classic rock, blues, country, and bluegrass. Enjoy live music, the outdoors + good company.

Columbia Food + Wine Festival | Fri.-Sun., April 26-28 | 6 p.m. | Various locations | Prices vary | It’s back…If you’re looking to find the best restaurants, breweries + artisans in the Midlands, look no further. Local foodie specialists + craft cocktail makers will be taking over downtown Columbia for this three-day event – ft. 50+ restaurants offering small bites, multiple beverage stations, demonstrations + opportunities to meet local hospitality professionals during Sunday’s main event ($65). 5th Annual South Carolina Food Truck + Craft Beer Festival | Sat., April 27 | 12-5 p.m. | State Fairgrounds, 1200 Rosewood Dr. | $5 or $25+ for VIP packages + free for children 12 and under | The Food Truck Festivals of America is coming back to dish out local favorites and craft brews. Bocce Bash | Sat., April 27 | 8 a.m. | Segra Park | $100 per player | Have fun while doing good. Support the Special Olympics with a competitive game of bocce. There will be 125 teams of 4 + lunch, a t-shirt + unlimited beverages included with your purchase.
