You know all that development (i.e. Cardinal Crossing) that’s coming to Forest Drive? There may be more.

A post on the Forest Acres Neighborhood Association (FANA) Facebook page hints that a developer is looking to build three commercial buildings + ~13 townhomes at the corner of Forest Dr. and Brentwood Dr., across the street from MUV Fitness and South State Bank.

Forest Acres is holding a FANA Meeting tomorrow, Jan. 16 at 7 p.m. for citizens who have questions or are concerned. Citizens can also attend the Forest Acres Planning Commission Meeting on Jan. 23, 6 p.m. at City of Forest Acres City Hall (5209 North Trenholm Rd.).
