  • The deets: Garvin Design Group announced the $11 million Rosewood Church Redevelopment project, featuring four buildings, 49 high-end apartments, and a mix of retailers.
  • Location: 2901 Rosewood Dr.
  • Anticipated date of completion: To be determined
Iron Hill Development

🏗 Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant

  • The deets: The 7,500 sqft brewery will feature an on-site brewing facility, a bar area, dining room, and an outdoor dining space. It plans to bring 100+ new jobs.
  • Location: The BullStreet District
  • Anticipated date of completion: To be determined

🏗 The Standard

  • The deets: This 17-story, ~443,000-sqft student housing building will feature 247 fully-furnished units with 678 beds.
  • Location: 1401 Assembly St.
  • Anticipated date of completion: Fall 2023

  • The deets: This historic renovation project will feature several apartments, a cafe (occupied by Knowledge Perk), and a porch.
  • Location: The corner of Gervais + Pickens Streets.
  • Anticipated date of completion: End of 2022
